Dr Bonett holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Certified Psychometrician, and is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with research focusing on the relationship between leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and organisational effectiveness.

Mr Steven Schiavone is a lecturer at Learn Key Institute, teaching MBA modules in Operations Management, Project Management, and Research Methods, as well as Health and Safety, Human Resource Management, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the OTHM programme.

He has over 15 years of public sector experience, including 11 years in healthcare, with expertise spanning management, auditing, risk assessment, operations, health and safety, human resources, stock control, and customer service.

Mr Schiavone holds an MBA from the University of Chester and an MSc in Pharmacy from the University of Malta. He currently serves as the Project Manager for the EU-funded One Device Per Child initiative within Malta's Ministry for Education.

Over the past four years, he has lectured across multiple organisations at MQF/EQF Levels 4 to 7, helping students develop critical and strategic thinking skills to address real-world healthcare and management challenges. His teaching also focuses on quality management, continuous improvement, and process design.
