Participants gain insight into the various avenues for professional growth and engage in activities that enhance their expertise and efficacy in the field of early childhood education.

This module is designed to equip educators with the tools and mindset necessary for sustained excellence in their practice.

The main assessment method will be as follows: 100% Assignment (Word Count: 4,000 – 6,000 words)

Students must achieve a minimum overall mark of 50% to successfully complete the award.

  • Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English.
