Participants learn to collaborate with the Legally Responsible Person and Centre Manager to ensure strict adherence to these regulations, thereby minimising any potential risks to the children under their care.

Moreover, the module addresses the Childcare Educator's awareness of the primary compliance regulations, directions, and standards mandated by national authorities governing the sector. Participants gain the expertise needed to proactively act in order to meet these regulatory requirements as an integral part of their daily practice.

This module is designed to instil a culture of vigilant regulatory compliance and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of every child within an early childhood education setting.

The main assessment method will be as follows: 100% Assignment (Word Count: 4,000 – 6,000 words)
